The elements that I added, I used the same techniques as was done putting the clock on and making the background transparent. One thing that I changed immediately was the keyboard. I couldn't work with the keyboard backwards! I selected the background layer and chose transform, then transform/rotate horizontal. Finally, I added a few flowers for color.
