This is my guy...I added egg noodles for tufts of hair behind the ears. I did the noodles just like the eyebrows (mad eyebrows). I selected all of the pasta image. Chose magic wand + alt to deselect all the white. Then did the copy and move thing and just dragged it from its window to the melon picture. Did a little rotating, then a copy and flip...voila!
